Thank you for shopping at RBF. We are committed to high-quality aviation models and professional service.

1. Return period
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have 14 days (including weekends and holidays) after delivery to request a return. Please note this is an inspection period, not a trial period: items must be new, unused and in complete original packaging.

2. Return conditions
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. How to return

4. Fees

• Return shipping: Return shipping costs for all returns (including defective items) are paid by the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
