Thank you for choosing RBF! We are happy to offer free shipping on every order, worldwide.
1. Free worldwide shipping
- No minimum purchase required.
- Available to most countries and regions (excluding some remote or restricted areas).
2. Order processing and delivery time
Orders are usually picked and packed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Taiwan: 2–3 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Europe and the Americas: 7–14 business days
- Other regions: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance or local carriers.
3. Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.
4. Customs duties and import taxes
Although shipping is free, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged when your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
5. Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to pay local duties, an additional fee may apply for reshipping.
