China Airlines Airbus A320 3B-RGZ 1:200 Metal Model
A finely detailed ALB alloy model of China Airlines Airbus A320-231 3B-RGZ, recalling a little-known chapter of the airline's history. Between 1994 and 1997 China Airlines leased two A320s (3B-RGY and 3B-RGZ) to evaluate aircraft for regional routes, flying them mainly on regional international services from Kaohsiung such as Hong Kong and Bangkok. Unusually, both carried Mauritius (3B-) registrations instead of Taiwan's B- prefix. The model recreates the livery the aircraft wore in the Kai Tak era, with rotating tyres and engine blades, fully detailed antennas and a dedicated display stand.
